Flash enhances static web pages.

Interactivity is a great way to engage an audience and make a connection with them.

My Foundation Degree course consisted of a lot of formal Flash and Actionscript training. I can create full flash sites, animations, banner adverts and simple interactive applications.

My most involved piece of flash work was the Facesnap site introduction. They had very specific ideas about how they wanted the flash intro to look and work, and the piece went through a lot of changes and iterations. Unfortunately, the Facesnap site is no longer online and was taken down before all of the flash work was completed, but the flash work I created can still be viewed by clicking on the image to the right.

One of my main duties during my time at ForYourWall was to update their flash introduction banner to feature their latest promotion. There was always a set brief as to what information needed to be included and the style had to be in keeping with the website branding. I still update the banner now from time to time, as a favour to the company owner.

The third piece of work featured here was my final project on my Multimedia Design course. It is a full flash portfolio of all my work done on the course, and highlights the variety of flash knowledge I have. There are also some more examples of website design and illustration work.
